Retail Team Leader - Guest Service & Growth

Center Parcs UK & Ireland Longford Forest is seeking a proactive Retail Team Leader to guide our shop colleagues and drive financial and service targets while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

You will motivate the team across shifts, handle guest queries, operate tills, and contribute to a warm, welcoming retail environment. This fixed-term contract runs until March 11, 2027, with a minimum 150 hours over four weeks and Sunday premium pay.
