Retail Shop Lead - Flexible Hours & Lifeline Cause

British Red Cross is seeking a Shop Manager in Poulton le Fylde to lead a small team, grow sales and raise funds for the charity. You'll oversee daily shop floor operations, set layouts, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £26,437 per annum. You'll induct and train staff and volunteers, represent the charity in the community, and work with flexibility including remote/hybrid options where possible.
