On behalf of our client, a well known retailer, we're looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist (Visual Merchandising & Styling) to help bring bold, culturally relevant in-store experiences to life across London and the UK and beyond. This role is all about storytelling, styling and impact - translating big brand ideas into physical retail moments that truly resonate with the consumer.

Based in King's Cross, you'll be at the heart of a creative retail marketing team, shaping seasonal launches, elevating daily styling standards and continuously evolving how stores show up on the ground.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving visual merchandising and styling excellence across key retail locations
• Bringing global and regional strategies to life with strong local execution
• Obsessing the in-store consumer journey - from windows to fixtures to flow
• Collaborating closely with retail, marketing and cross-functional teams
• Testing, learning and pushing creative boundaries in a fast-paced environment

Who We're Looking For

• Solid proven experience in marketing, ideally retail-focused
• Proven VMS & styling experience with a sharp eye for detail
• Strong understanding of London culture and consumer behaviour
• Retail-obsessed, creatively driven and commercially aware
• Agile, collaborative and confident working across teams
