Qualifications

Previous Restaurant & Team Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant while on duty, deputising the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
• Drive excellence in the guest experience through continuous monitoring and innovation of service standards.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of customer service.
• Facilitate effective communication with team members, nurturing motivation and a great team working environment.

Hours and Rate of Pay

This is a temporary contract until October 2026, could possibly continue if business requires. The role is 20 hours per week, variable pattern, working split shifts (Breakfast & Dinner) and requiring weekend availability.

Hourly Rate: £12.45 per hour.
