About Your New Job

• Oversee the integration of resilience objectives into the design of critical infrastructure, systems, and processes to minimise disruptions.
• Design and govern enterprise-wide continuity and crisis plans, embedding resilience into critical operations.
• Provide guidance during disruptions coordinated recovery and safeguarding system reliability and stakeholder confidence.
• Integrate resilience into business planning and operational risk assessments
• Ensure robust governance and transparency
• Engage proactively external stakeholders-including regulators such as the CRU, government agencies, and key suppliers

What Skills You Need

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operational resilience roles, ideally in the energy sector but will look at highly regulated industries such as financial services
• Qualified to degree level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
