Hybrid Energy Customer Experience Advisor

Flogas Britain in Leicester is seeking an I&M Customer Experience Advisor to handle high-volume inbound calls and emails from commercial and domestic customers. Reporting to the Customer Engineering Services Manager, you will resolve installation queries promptly, keep customers informed, and provide administrative support across the I&M team.

You'll need excellent written and verbal communication, a collaborative team spirit, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
