Residual Cashier - 6-Month FTC (Fully Remote)

Totum is supporting a leading law firm in recruiting a Residual Cashier on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with law firm finance experience, ideally familiar with Elite 3E, who enjoys accuracy and managing client accounts.

What you'll do• Monitor and reconcile residual balances on client accounts• Process adjustments, transfers, and refunds in line with firm policy• Investigate and resolve unallocated funds or discrepancies• Maintain accurate records for reporting and audits• Support the finance team with queries and ad hoc reporting

About you• Previous experience in law firm finance or cashiering• Knowledge of Elite 3E preferred• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently• Confident using Excel and accounting systems
