Job Description
About the Role 
BROE auctioneers has an exciting opportunity for a driven Valuer to join their Residential Valuations Team. This position involves managing and overseeing written valuations in Dublin, and is available as a permanent or part time role within a hybrid environment.
Ideal Candidate- Registered Valuer (SCSI) or IPAV TEGOVA, qualified in Red Book and Blue Book standards.
- Shows great attention to detail and maintains a high standard of work.
- Is organized and efficient, able to work independently, and flexible in handling tasks.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships effectively.
- Conduct valuations for financial institutions, probate, family law, projects, HSE Fairdeal Scheme, CGT/CAT, Revenue, and LPT.
- Inspect and measure properties to ensure high-quality deliverables on time.
- Collect payments to prevent bad debts - Occasionally attend court for family law cases.
- Support business development for the Valuations Department and build referral relationships.
- Contribute to the team's annual business plan and achieve individual/team KPIs.
- Comply with professional standards (RICS/SCSI/IPAV) and ensure quality in valuation work.
- Pursue professional development and maintain accurate records using relevant technology.
- Uphold Company Values and take responsibility for personal growth and market knowledge.
