About the Role

BROE auctioneers has an exciting opportunity for a driven Valuer to join their Residential Valuations Team. This position involves managing and overseeing written valuations in Dublin, and is available as a permanent or part time role within a hybrid environment.

Ideal Candidate
  • Registered Valuer (SCSI) or IPAV TEGOVA, qualified in Red Book and Blue Book standards.
  • Shows great attention to detail and maintains a high standard of work.
  • Is organized and efficient, able to work independently, and flexible in handling tasks.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct valuations for financial institutions, probate, family law, projects, HSE Fairdeal Scheme, CGT/CAT, Revenue, and LPT.
  • Inspect and measure properties to ensure high-quality deliverables on time.
  • Collect payments to prevent bad debts - Occasionally attend court for family law cases.
  • Support business development for the Valuations Department and build referral relationships.
  • Contribute to the team's annual business plan and achieve individual/team KPIs.
  • Comply with professional standards (RICS/SCSI/IPAV) and ensure quality in valuation work.
  • Pursue professional development and maintain accurate records using relevant technology.
