Residential Conveyancer Solicitor

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY / CONVEYANCER - Amersham, Bucks - £35,000-£55,000

QED Legal is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Residential Property Solicitor to join our well established residential team in Amersham, Bucks.

We seek an individual with case handling skills to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years, with one day from home per week available.

Desired residential transaction experience includes:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

We still welcome applications if you lack experience in a couple of these areas, but case handling experience within residential conveyancing is required.
