• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handle freehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion
• Work within a busy and well-established department
• Benefit from dedicated secretarial support
• Initially office-based, with hybrid working (2 days from home) after probation

What we are looking for The firm is seeking a confident and capable Residential Conveyancer who can hit the ground running and thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
• Experience handling a full conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Open to a range of experience levels, provided you can manage files confidently
