Resident Liaison Officer - Housing Trust

Morgan Hunt currently requires a Resident Liaison Officer for Housing Trust based in North and West London on a temporary basis.

Pay Rate: £22.08 per hour (Ltd).

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday & Tuesday office based, Wednesday to Friday working from home.

Location: North London.

Duration: 6 month ongoing contract.

Job Role

We're looking for Resident Liaison Officers (RLO) to join our External Managing Agent department at the housing trust. As an RLO, you'll be liaising directly with residents and providing great service. You will support our Property Managers and Housing Officers in their day to day tasks. We're looking for people with customer service experience and excellent communication skills.

You must have excellent communication skills, be able to manage your workload, prioritise, adapt and solve problems, and have solid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel). Part of the role requires you to call residents about arrears and other matters.
