Job Title: Biology Research Scientist (AI Model Training)

We are seeking a biology research scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications:

• Expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
• Related fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
