Your main responsibilities will include the following:

Management of international qualitative and quantitative market research projects

Customer care and support throughout all stages of the projects

Coordination of worldwide providers throughout all stages of the projects

Monitoring of data quality, ensuring a successful project evolution and completion, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction

Requesting quotations from providers and preparing offers for the clients

Your profile should include the following skills and characteristics:

You have 2 or more years work experience within a market research function, ideally within quantitative and qualitative data collection

You have a university degree

You work very independently; you are organized, and you always keep an overview even in complex situations. At the same time, you are open to being guided and receiving training.

You are able to work in a fast-moving environment

You are a team player

You have strong written and spoken English skills (any additional language would be advantageous) and are good at emphatically communicating with clients.

You have attention to detail, i.e. the ability to work diligently and thoroughly.

You are positive and contribute to a respectful and harmonious team and work atmosphere.

You are motivated to complete projects on time, provide quality data and to making the client happy.
