Remote Tax Customer Service Advisor

HMRC is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor (Telephony) in Newcastle for a remote role with occasional office attendance. You will handle inbound calls about tax accounts, update systems, and provide guidance to customers while meeting performance targets.

Training will cover HMRC policies and telephony processes, with IT equipment supplied for home-based work. The position requires a flexible shift pattern (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm), a DBS check, and Right to Work in the UK.
