Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Specialist with a focus on storage and system operations.
- Handle complex production incidents and troubleshooting
- Manage storage and system operations in a hybrid environment
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking
- Improve automation, processes, and operational stability
Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT operations or platform support
- Strong experience with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change)
- Good knowledge of storage and system environments
- Experience with Kubernetes, monitoring tools, and automation
- English and German (C1 mandatory)
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term
