Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Specialist with a focus on storage and system operations.

  • Handle complex production incidents and troubleshooting
  • Manage storage and system operations in a hybrid environment
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking
  • Improve automation, processes, and operational stability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT operations or platform support
  • Strong experience with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change)
  • Good knowledge of storage and system environments
  • Experience with Kubernetes, monitoring tools, and automation
  • English and German (C1 mandatory)

Location: Remote
