The Opportunity

We are working with a leading international research and data organisation that supports global collaboration across healthcare and life sciences networks.

They are looking to appoint a Registry Engagement Associate to play a key role in developing and supporting an international network, improving engagement, data quality and collaboration across partners.

The Role

This is a varied and collaborative position combining stakeholder engagement, coordination and project support.

You will:

• Act as a key point of contact for network members and external stakeholders
• Coordinate communications across an international network of partners
• Support delivery of data-driven projects, initiatives and enquiries
• Manage membership processes, documentation and records
• Organise and support meetings, webinars and annual events
• Assist with onboarding and supporting users across digital platforms
• Contribute to improving processes, engagement and data quality

About You

• Experience in an administrative, coordination or project-based role
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proactive, collaborative and able to work independently

Experience within research, healthcare, academia, or data-led organisations would be advantageous, but not essential.
