Location: Newcastle (Hybrid - 2 days in office)Salary: £30,000 + benefits
The Opportunity
We are working with a leading international research and data organisation that supports global collaboration across healthcare and life sciences networks.
They are looking to appoint a Registry Engagement Associate to play a key role in developing and supporting an international network, improving engagement, data quality and collaboration across partners.
The Role
This is a varied and collaborative position combining stakeholder engagement, coordination and project support.
You will:
- Act as a key point of contact for network members and external stakeholders
- Coordinate communications across an international network of partners
- Support delivery of data-driven projects, initiatives and enquiries
- Manage membership processes, documentation and records
- Organise and support meetings, webinars and annual events
- Assist with onboarding and supporting users across digital platforms
- Contribute to improving processes, engagement and data quality
About You
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or project-based role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proactive, collaborative and able to work independently
Experience within research, healthcare, academia, or data-led organisations would be advantageous, but not essential.
