You will be expected to work on a mixture of 9am - 5pm, mornings, evenings and possible sleep in's to support the team.

An Exciting Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking Registered Service Manager to lead and develop our high-quality, well-regarded supported accommodation service.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take the lead in running a small, established, and successful organisation, overseeing five homes that provide safe, nurturing environments for young people.
Our service supports:
- Up to 11 young people in registered supported accommodation homes aged 16-25
- An additional 3/4 young people aged 18+ accommodated within one of our move-on homes, receiving minimal outreach support
Our homes are recognised for their high standards, positive outcomes, and strong reputation with commissioners and partner agencies.
The RoleAs Registered Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of the service. You will be responsible for:
- Full operational oversight of five supported accommodation homes
- Ensuring compliance with Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023 and Ofsted requirements
- Maintaining and enhancing quality standards and outcomes for young people
- Leading, developing, and inspiring staff teams
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and commissioners
- Driving occupancy, performance, and service development
You will be supported by a dedicated daily manager, allowing you to focus on leadership, strategy, and overall service performance.

The successful candidate will be required to:
- Register with Ofsted as the Registered Service Manager
- Demonstrate experience relevant to supported accommodation or children's services
- Have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safeguarding
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Be willing to undertake this qualification with full support from the organisation
We are committed to developing our leaders and will fully support the successful candidate to achieve their Level 5 qualification if not already held.
Development & ProgressionWe are passionate about investing in our leadership team. In addition to Level 5 support:
- There may be scope to undertake a Level 7 qualification (such as a postgraduate or senior leadership qualification)
- Opportunities for further professional development beyond Level 7 will be considered where appropriate
- This role offers a genuine pathway into senior leadership and strategic influence
- An experienced leader within supported accommodation or children's services
- Confident in managing multi site services
- Strong in compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory frameworks
- Commercially aware, with the ability to manage performance and occupancy

- Starting salary of £50,000 per year
