Duty Manager - Fitness and Wellbeing Club

Up to £27,993 per annum depending on experience plus sales commission
40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club, including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize member satisfaction, engaging with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.

We need demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You're enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a 'can do' attitude and share our passion for excellent customer service.
