The role

We are seeking a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our expanding international team.

This is a remote position ideal for a UK or Europe-based professional with proven experience in Australian migration processes.

You will manage client cases end-to-end, advise on complex matters, and liaise closely with our Australian office to ensure smooth case progression.

This role offers flexibility to work from home, provided availability aligns with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage visa applications, skills assessments, nominations, and EOIs for clients across Europe and the UK.
• Provide strategic and accurate migration advice across all visa subclasses.
• Draft professional and persuasive submissions, nomination letters, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication.
• Keep updated with Department of Home Affairs policy and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with our Melbourne-based team for case reviews and workflow management.

What We're Looking For

• A Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience managing Australian visa cases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client service excellence.
• Proficiency with Migration Manager and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Must be based in the UK or Europe with reliable internet access.
• WFH flexibility available - must operate during UK working hours.
