Greenacre Park is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults with complex and high-acuity needs.
The home supports adults with complex mental health conditions, dementia, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries and strokes, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, and physical disabilities such as spinal injuries.
The facility has 28 large en-suite bedrooms across two units, providing a homely and responsive environment that meets residents' needs and keeps them close to loved ones.

About the role
As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you'll be the central figure in your home's operations.
You will have significant autonomy, lead by example, and drive continuous improvement to ensure person-centered, high-quality care that enhances daily life for residents and staff.
This role involves managing quality initiatives, leading and developing your team, recruitment, occupancy management, data analysis, and maintaining customer relationships and marketing for business sustainability.

You must hold a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
Minimum three years of management experience in a complex care setting is required. The role is also suitable for an experienced Deputy Manager seeking career advancement.
You should also have:
a solid understanding of nursing care best practices, sector-specific legislation, and governance frameworks
excellent communication skills for building relationships with local commissioners and professionals
the ability to inspire, lead, and manage a team
strong time management skills to handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
a broad range of clinical, business, digital, and operational skills
