Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location - Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

Base Salary - €60,000 - €70,000 + bonus + company car or car allowance

In early 2023, we launched to serve the Spanish and Portuguese markets, joining our established European subsidiaries in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and Poland. Our philosophy centers on delivering high-quality, reliable products supported by outstanding customer service. To achieve this, we've built a comprehensive local team including marketing, sales, administration, HR, and technical support.

As part of our continued expansion, we are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Spain for Energy Storage Systems and Solar Photovoltaic products to meet regional sales targets.
• Manage sales inquiries and actively promote the companies product portfolio.
• Represent the company at trade shows, host client visits, and coordinate after-sales support and other related activities.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales of Energy Storage Systems and/or Solar Photovoltaic products within the Spanish market.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales ability, and a high level of motivation and professionalism.
