Job Description
Recruitment Coordinator - Norwich

Support the British Army's recruitment journey by attracting, consulting and engaging candidates throughout the selection process.

Responsibilities
  • Interview candidates and consultively support them throughout the bespoke recruitment journey.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and measure service against targets and feedback.
  • Attend and lead attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers.
  • Work with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army.
  • Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates.
Qualifications
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service.
  • IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Desirable: familiarity with Army careers and/or recruitment experience.
