Job Description
Recruitment Coordinator - Norwich 
Support the British Army's recruitment journey by attracting, consulting and engaging candidates throughout the selection process.
Responsibilities- Interview candidates and consultively support them throughout the bespoke recruitment journey.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and measure service against targets and feedback.
- Attend and lead attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers.
- Work with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army.
- Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Use the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates.
- Experience of providing excellent customer service.
- IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Desirable: familiarity with Army careers and/or recruitment experience.
- Salary of £28,000.
- 23 days' holiday, rising to 27.
