The Job

• Resource and interview teachers
• Supply schools at short notice with supply staff
• Develop existing business and focus on acquiring new clients
• Build strong relationships with schools and teachers

Person Specification

• Previous experience in Recruitment
• Knowledge of the Education system is advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels
• Good organizational and IT skills
