Commercial Property Solicitor (3 years PQE+)

Farleys Solicitors is continuing its exciting growth journey and we're looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our expanding team in Wigan. As a Solicitor within our Commercial Property team, you'll handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development work
• Corporate support on property elements of transactions

You'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the Wigan office. This is a role for someone who wants exposure to great quality work in an expanding team.
