What to Expect on the Day

Our assessment centre is designed to give you a real feel for recruitment. During the session, you will:

• Meet experienced Recruitment Consultants and Managers
• Learn about the 360 recruitment role and our specialist education sector
• Take part in group activities and scenario tasks
• Get insights into career paths, progression and earning potential
• Understand the skills needed to succeed - and how we support your development

This session is suitable for Graduate Recruitment Consultant, Trainee Recruitment Consultant and experienced Recruitment Consultant pathways.

What We're Looking For

This event is perfect if you:

• Have strong communication and people skills
• Are ambitious, driven and resilient
• Want a fast paced career where effort = reward
• Are curious about recruitment and eager to learn
• Have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, care - or are a recent graduate
• Committed to working 7.30-4.30 to cover the needs of school (reduced hours in school holidays)
