Recruitment Consultant - Hospitality Division

We're looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our permanent hospitality division, working across a range of specialist verticals within the hospitality sector.

This is an opportunity for proven recruiters who know how to build relationships, win business, and deliver quality candidates into a fast-moving market. We're open on sector background within hospitality - whether your experience sits in hotels, restaurants, pubs, catering, leisure, events, or support functions.

What matters most is recruitment experience, commercial drive, and the ability to build a desk properly.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and growing a permanent recruitment desk
• Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
• Recruiting across hospitality management and specialist roles
• Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
• Building candidate networks within your market
• Working closely with leadership to shape growth within your vertical

What we're looking for:

• Experienced recruitment consultants only
• Strong billing history in agency recruitment
• Hospitality sector experience preferred
• Commercially minded and relationship-led
• Comfortable with business development
• Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by growth
