We're looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our permanent hospitality division, working across a range of specialist verticals within the hospitality sector.
This is an opportunity for proven recruiters who know how to build relationships, win business, and deliver quality candidates into a fast-moving market. We're open on sector background within hospitality - whether your experience sits in hotels, restaurants, pubs, catering, leisure, events, or support functions.
What matters most is recruitment experience, commercial drive, and the ability to build a desk properly.
What you'll be doing:- Managing and growing a permanent recruitment desk
- Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
- Recruiting across hospitality management and specialist roles
- Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
- Building candidate networks within your market
- Working closely with leadership to shape growth within your vertical
- Experienced recruitment consultants only
- Strong billing history in agency recruitment
- Hospitality sector experience preferred
- Commercially minded and relationship-led
- Comfortable with business development
- Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by growth
- Salary from £38k depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus structure with no threshold
