What You'll Bring:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a fast-paced startup.
• Fluency in English and any other European language: Italian, French, German
• Passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
• Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
