We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference and background checks as required.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up to date with employment laws, recruitment trends, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience recruiting for multiple departments or industries.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and hiring compliance.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and reporting.
