We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as required.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up to date with employment laws, recruitment trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
