Located in a convenient town centre setting, the practice is surrounded by:

- Stamford Park - great for breaks or after work

How to Get There
Train: Stalybridge Railway Station is close by ( 5-10 minutes walk), with direct links to Manchester Piccadilly and surrounding areas.
Bus: Regular bus routes serve the town centre from Ashton-under-Lyne, Hyde, and Manchester.
Car: Easy access via the A635, with local street parking and nearby car parks available.
Working Pattern
Monday: 7:45 - 18:15
Tuesday: 7:45 - 18:15
Wednesday: Day Off
Thursday: 7:45 - 18:15
Friday: 7:45 - 18:15
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Flexibility required - to support other nearby Bupa practices.
About the Role
Our receptionists play a vital role in creating a positive experience for every patient. From the moment they walk through the door, you'll help them feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and you'll be right at the heart of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and managing the front desk
- Booking and managing appointments efficiently
- Handling patient queries both in person and over the phone
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Processing payments and financial administration
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach
- Previous reception or customer service experience (dental/healthcare desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
