What You'll Do

• Welcoming visitors with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Managing appointment schedules and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
• Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support our team.

Qualifications / Requirements

A friendly and approachable individual with excellent communication skills.
Someone who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn!
