• Lead on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

• Work closely with planning, construction, and finance teams on integrated transactions.

• Support business development and grow client relationships.

• Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to team leadership.

• 5+ PQE with solid commercial property experience.

• Confident managing complex transactions and direct client relationships.

• Strong technical, drafting, and commercial skills.
