The Role

The team advises on the full spectrum of real estate matters with a particular focus on complex, high-profile, and cross-border transactions. This includes real estate M&A, joint ventures, development projects, institutional investments, and increasingly significant work in growth sectors such as data centres and digital infrastructure. The role offers the opportunity to work on combined corporate and real estate deals, taking ownership of transactions and managing client relationships at the highest level. You will gain exposure to some of the biggest players in the market and contribute to deals that shape the future of the real estate sector.

• Senior real estate transactional experience from a top-tier firm
• Exposure to both corporate SPA work and traditional real estate matters
• Experience in joint ventures, investment acquisitions and development projects
• Strong drafting ability and commercial acumen
• Interest in complex, hybrid transactions and emerging asset classes
• Highly motivated team player with strong communication skills and client-facing experience
