The role

As a Real Estate Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll handle a broad caseload across a range of transaction types. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on property acquisitions and disposals
• Managing leasing transactions and estate management matters
• Drafting and reviewing property documentation, including leases and licences
• Liaising with clients, counterparties and professional advisers
• Managing files effectively from instruction through to completion
• Developing lasting client relationships

About you

This role would suit a Property Solicitor who:

• Has 4+ years' PQE in commercial and/or residential property
• Is comfortable managing a varied caseload
• Has hands-on experience with transactional property work
• Has good organisational and drafting skills
• Communicates clearly and confidently with clients
• Takes a practical, commercially minded approach
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
