Rail MMA/MAG Welder - Training Provided, Long-Term Role

Ford & Stanley Group is seeking an experienced MMA/MAG welder. Initially based in Doncaster for training, you will transition to a permanent base in Barton Under Needwood, welding rail components and repairing manganese liners to exacting standards.

This long term role offers training, a steady workload, and a clear career path with contract or permanent options. You will receive air fed welding masks and join a specialist engineering environment.
