Casual Lifeguard: Ad-Hoc Shifts, Training & Development

Wiltshire Council is seeking casual Lifeguards to cover existing staff absences. The role pays £13.05-£13.47 per hour with 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts. You must hold a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and have knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.

As a casual worker, expect no fixed hours and work on an as-needed basis. The council supports training and progression opportunities, and offers a hybrid working approach for on-site staff where applicable.
