Role Responsibilities:

• Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services from project inception through to final account.

• Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, valuations, and financial reports.

• Deliver accurate cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Administer Public Works Contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

• Liaise with clients, design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

• Utilise industry-standard software to produce accurate measurements and cost reports.

• Support the delivery of projects across the education, healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial, and civic sectors.

Requirements:

• Level 8 Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.

• Minimum 3 years' experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software such as CostX or Buildsoft.

• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
