Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Cradley Heath

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Cradley Heath who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, Monday-Friday basis.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

Supporting children's personal care needs

Working in line with the EYFS framework

Observing, assessing and recording children's progress

Encouraging positive relationships and social development

Maintaining a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment

Working closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals

Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years

Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting

Good understanding of the EYFS

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

Paediatric First Aid is desirable

Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
