We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (f/m/d) to support our projects in Dublin, Ireland, with their expertise. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and cost management expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities:
  • Support the commercial management of construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, valuations, and forecasts.
  • Assist with contract administration and change management processes.
  • Review contractor applications, compensation events, variations, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate commercial records and project cost reports.
  • Support procurement and tender evaluation activities.
  • Assist in risk management and cost control initiatives.
  • Contribute to final account preparation and project close-out.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
Your profile:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working on infrastructure, rail, transportation, utilities, or major civil engineering projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of NEC contracts and commercial management principles.
  • Understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in common commercial and project management software tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Professional membership or progression toward chartership is advantageous.
  • Relevant HSE training or site safety certifications are beneficial but can be obtained following discussion with the employer.
