About Our Client

Our client is a pharmaceutical business based in Hertfordshire. They are well established and have been operating in their market for over one hundred years. This is a GMP accredited Pharma Manufacturing site.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain the company's quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to uphold quality standards across all processes.
• Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance quality awareness among staff.
• Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and readily available for inspections.
• Lead investigations into quality issues, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry requirements.
• Continuously improve quality processes to align with best practices and company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:

• Experience of direct management
• Strong QMS knowledge
• Audit experience is preferable
• Continuous Improvement mindset
• Understanding of best practise within a GMP Pharma environment
