Qualified Social Worker, Safeguarding Team, Tameside CouncilPay rate to £40 per hour Contract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Safeguarding Team in Tameside Council.To offer support during visits and meetings to our children and families to support with planning. To hold a caseload of more complex children. Lead and support your team alongside your manager to drive the improvement plan within your team. Support your colleagues by offering reflective supervision and group supervision to highlight good practice and learning opportunities. To support and contribute to improving our data set. To offer support to your team when your team manager is unavailable and to offer specified support where this has been identified.
