Job Description
Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant (Sage 50)
Location: Halesowen
- Office Based Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
- Contract: Ongoing Temporary

We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small, friendly office team in Halesowen. This role involves working independently while reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Process purchase invoices and maintain the purchase ledger using Sage 50 (essential).
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries.
- Assist with payment runs.
- Support sales ledger duties where needed.
- Undertake other basic administrative tasks to support the finance function.
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience.
- Sage 50 experience is essential.
- Sales Ledger experience is desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a small office team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- £13.50 per hour.
- Immediate start in Halesowen office.
- Supportive small team environment.
- High potential for a permanent role.
