Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant (Sage 50)

Location: Halesowen

  • Office Based Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small, friendly office team in Halesowen. This role involves working independently while reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase invoices and maintain the purchase ledger using Sage 50 (essential).
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries.
  • Assist with payment runs.
  • Support sales ledger duties where needed.
  • Undertake other basic administrative tasks to support the finance function.
Requirements
  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience.
  • Sage 50 experience is essential.
  • Sales Ledger experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a small office team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
