A Top 100 & Legal 500 listed commercial law firm are looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to their property litigation team in Manchester. This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally NQ - 8 PQE) to join one of the UK's leading commercial firms.

Team & Work Environment

You will be working as part of a close knit team that shares work from across the UK but there will be an emphasis on working with London clients and dealing with complex property litigation transactions. There is a clear team structure in place and you will be working in a team of Associates, Senior Associates & Partners with the chance to progress your career.

Responsibilities

This position is to deal with a broad mix of development disputes, service charge issues, rent review, dilapidations, break clauses and landlord & tenant disputes.

The client base is second to none and you will be dealing with a stellar client base from across the UK and primarily be focusing on the healthcare sector, with clients that include developers, pension funds, landowners, GP practices and NHS trusts.
