Property Asset Manager

We're recruiting for an experienced Property Asset Manager to support the strategic management and optimisation of a large property portfolio.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, delivering portfolio reviews, supporting investment decisions, and engaging with senior stakeholders to maximise value across the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies across a property portfolio
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, value, and utilisation
• Lead portfolio reviews and make recommendations on acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and reconfigurations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, property teams, finance, and external partners
• Monitor asset performance against agreed commercial and operational objectives
• Support business case development and investment decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant property, lease, and governance requirements

Essential Experience

• Proven experience in Property Asset Management
• Strong understanding of property portfolio optimisation and asset life cycle management
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners
• Ability to analyse financial, commercial, and property performance data
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience working within large or complex property estates
• MRICS qualification

Role details

• 3 month contract inside IR35
• Hybrid with 3 days in the office near Hounslow
